Mediation
Mediation is a form of dispute resolution used to help
resolve conflicts. Mediation uses an impartial third party Facilitator
to help find workable solutions for seemingly unsolvable difficulties.
Mediation provides opportunities for communicating honestly
in a structured environment that is respectful a nd safe for
all parties.
Mediation can help improve communications skills, restore relationships,
and begin to repair trust. Fran is a trained community mediator
who offers Mediation to provide a forum for people to resolve
their relationship differences. Her goal is to create more peace
and harmony for in the world.
Fran is also a facilitator for the Concord/Carlisle
Restorative Justice Program in Concord, MA, as well as a
member of the mediation team for the Worcester
Community Action Council, Inc., of Worcester, MA.
